Garden harvest, and a few snaps from around the garden today.
1) Destined for dinner; broccoli, shallot, chilli, garlic scapes, baby carrots, broad beans.
2) A pretty sweet pea. I think this one is from a seed swap, haven’t seen this colour in my garden before.
3) Another pretty poppy, I have them popping up everywhere.

10) Why I let a few nettles grow… this is a Kahukōwhai caterpillar. The beautiful yellow admiral butterfly is a contender for NZ’s bug of the year this year.
