Raised gardens are bolted together despite the layer of frost on them this morning (thanks dear husband!), next step of course is to fill them.
One is nearly full from mostly-composted green waste, but the other is still empty. Might have to buy a trailer load of soil, as if wait for the next lot of green waste to compost I’ll miss spring!
After coming from my small but very full garden to this much bigger but very empty garden, it sometimes feels a little disheartening. I just have to keep reminding myself that my previous garden was a labour of love for a few years, and this one will eventually be bigger and better.
